Introduction

OFFSHORETT (ASIA) LTD, trading as OffshoreTT, including following companies:

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer data protection. We have agreed to comply with China, Hong Kong SAR, the UK and EU Data Protection Acts regarding collection, retention, usage and deletion of personal customer data we receive in the countries and areas we operate.

Data Protection Policies describe how OffshoreTT collect, use and disclose personal data for carrying out Money Services Business. For purposes of enforcing compliance with the privacy laws. OFFSHORETT is subject to the investigatory and enforcement authorities of the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong SAR, the UK and EEA.

Personal Data Collection and Usage:

Below are the types of personal data that OffshoreTT may receive, as well the purposes for which we may use.

What personal data may OffshoreTT receive?

1. Personal data is provided to OffshoreTT via form, email, telephone, fax, online and post.

2. Data Provided to OffshoreTT is with customer consent for the purpose of Money Services Business.

Personal Data include:            

   Customer Names

   Home address

   Date of Birth

   Place of Birth

   Contact details (Telephone Number and Email)

   Banking Details

   Identification Documents 

   Employment Detail

   Level Personal Income

Why does OffshoreTT process customer data?

OffshoreTT process personal data for the following purposes:

1)      Facilitating your enquiry or dealing with payment services,

2)      Staff training and improve the quality our services,

3)      To comply with the legal and regulatory obligations

3. Data Transfers to Third Parties

OffshoreTT will only pass customer data to our subsidiaries and affiliate companies

The purpose of disclosure will be to facilitate customer enquiry or payment order and to complete the delivery of services. If we need to transfer customer data to one of the above establishments, we will ensure that customer personal data is well protected according to the legal requirements.

Third Party Service Providers:

OffshoreTT is operating with international banks, licensed payment service providers and Fintech firms. OffshoreTT may pass customer personal data to them in order to complete the delivery of our services.

Our cooperative bank(s) are licensed China-inbound/outbound payment service provider who acts as payout service provider for CNY transactions in China. OffshoreTT may pass customer data to the bank(s) for the purpose of completing the delivery of our services. We will also take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that all establishments process customer data in accordance with our customer data protection obligations and to stop and remediate any un-authorized processing.

Public Authorities

Data disclosure will only be made in response to lawful requests made from public authorities for purposes of national security, public interest or law enforcement requirements. We will not transfer customer personal data to any unaffiliated third parties, unless we have explicit consent to do so from our customers.

Data Security

OffshoreTT maintains reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect customer data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, copy, disclosure, alteration, or destruction in accordance with the Data Protection Policies

Access of Customer Data

Customer is given the right to access the personal data that we collected and hold in our systems and to request that we correct, amend, or delete it if it is inaccurate or processed in violation of the Data Protection Policies. These access rights may not apply in some special cases, including where providing access is unreasonably burdensome, where it would violate the rights of someone other than the individual requesting access or where we are required to retain the personal data by laws.

If customer wishes to request access to, correction, amendment, or deletion of personal data, he or she can submit a written request to OffshoreTT. OffshoreTT may request specific information from customer to confirm identity.

OffshoreTT will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints or disputes regarding the usage or disclosure of personal data within 30 working days of receiving customer complaint.

Change of Data Protection Policies

OffshoreTT reserves the right to amend Data Protection Policies from time to time in order to be consistent with the Data Protection ACTS.
